This Career Path encompasses both the UX Design and Front End Developer Career Paths.

The UX Career Path

• Pre-requisite: None. No previous tech experience required.
• UX Designers are responsible for ensuring applications are intuitive and provide a pleasant experience to the end user.
• UX Designers create user-centered design and are accessibility conscious.

The Front End Career Path

• Pre-requisite: None. No previous tech experience required.
• Front End Developers, also referred to as UI or UX Developers, develop/code the components of the application that users interact with. The User Interface, everything that a user clicks on, form fields used to enter information, etc. is developed by the Front End Developer.
• Our Full, Front End Developers are also equipped with a solid understanding of UX Design as well.

This Career Path encompasses both Front End and Back End Developer Career Paths

Back End Developer Career Path

• Pre-requisite: Level 2- Front End/UI Development Career Path, or, equivalent experience. Request a Skill Assessment if you feel you have the experience necessary to skip Level 2 Career Path.
• Full Stack Developers develop the user interface(front end), as well as the back end of the application which processes data entered by and made available to the user.
• Full Stack Developers are proficient in data collection, processing, and data management within applications as well as api development. Full Stack Developers, develop the core functionality of web and mobile applications.

Mobile Developer Career Path

• MERN Stack developers are skilled to develop fully functioning web applications as well as mobile applications that run on ios and/or android devices.
