In Classroom Assessment
Our Unique Approach
Our unique approach to skills assessment follows an in classroom model. Your assessment is conducted during your Free Class Trial. We assess your computer literacy in an actual classroom environment during week one's Free Class Trial. The first week of class is designed to assess whether or not you possess the foundation necessary to succeed in our classes.
Assessment Areas:
Our week one assessment focuses on the following:
- Ability to focus and engage in an online learning environment, via zoom.
- Basic computer skills such as email communication, submitting homework assignments as attachments, installing software, etc.
- Basic deductive reasoning and problem solving.
Assessment First, Financing Second
Payment for enrollment is not due until you successfully pass week 1 assessment.
What If I Don't Pass Assessment?
If it is determined that you need to strengthen skills in particular areas in order to succeed in the program, you will be provided with focus suggestions and links to trainings to assist you in successfully passing pre-assessment. Once you review and study the recommended study material and feel confident, you are welcome to re-take week 1 assessment.
